(Contractor) for the latter to provide supplemental assessment management and real property services related to the District’s portfolio of properties that might be assigned for assistance with re-use processes, in an additional amount of $64,500.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $35,500.00 to $100,000.00, extending time of Agreement by 107 additional calendar days, revising the term from August 12, 2020 through March 15, 2021 to June 30 2021. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
