Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, General Services Agreement between the District and One Workplace, San Leandro, CA, for the latter to provide delivery and purchase of new furniture for the Glenview New Construction Project, in an additional amount of $9,417.05.00 increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $607,405.23 to $616,822.28, extending time of Agreement by 120 additional calendar days, revising term from March 12, 2020 through December 31, 2020 to April 30, 2021, authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Consultant. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
