Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the District and East Bay Asian Youth Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide in-person learning supports to students in grades 6-8 at Roosevelt Middle School, as describe in Amended Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at no additional cost to the District, for the period August 1, 2020 through July 31, 2021, in an unchanged not to exceed amount of $399,538.00. All other terms and visions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
