Fremont High School (4610 Foothill Blvd, Oakland, CA 94601) 2. United For Success Academy/Life Academy (2101 35th Ave, Oakland, CA 94601) 3. Elmhurst United Middle School (1800 98th Ave, Oakland, CA 94603) 4. Urban Promise Academy (3031 E 18th St, Oakland, CA 94601) 5. Castlemont High School (8601 MacArthur Blvd, Oakland, CA 94605) 6. Coliseum College Prep Academy (1390 66th Ave, Oakland, CA 94621) 7. Any other Facilities mutually agreed upon in writing between the Parties; and pursuant to terms and conditions stated in Agreement, for the term February 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021.
