Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and MISSSEY Inc, Oakland, CA, for the latter to serve as the required nonprofit agency partner in the Stop Trafficking thru Prevention Education Grant and to work with District project staff to build capacity to provide human trafficking prevention education to teachers, staff, and students, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of January 1, 2021 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $90,837.00.
