Ratification by the Board of Education of Stevenson-Wyler Short-Form Cooperative Research & Development Agreement between the Regents of the University of California, on behalf of its Ernest Orlando Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (EOLBNL), and the District, as the latter prepares to reopen its K-12 classroom, and is considering the adequacy of its current heating, ventilation and air-condition systems (HVAC) in classrooms, for EOLBNL to provide technical assistance to the District in its review of guidance and best practices for reducing aerosol transmission risk and to work with District in selecting indoor air quality (IAQ) monitors as part of longer term strategies to ensure adequate ventilation in K-12 classroom, via the Facilities Planning and Management Division, for the term of January 29, 2021, through March 31, 2021, with the District providing $0 cash and a $1,350.00 in-kind contribution and the Regents though its contract with U.S. Department of Energy (USDOE) contributing $10,000.00, subject to available funding.
