Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Think Communication Therapy, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Instructional Strategies and techniques that include small group instruction, 1:1 instruction, educational learning games, creative and expository language skills, oral and written vocabulary development, oral language communication (including basic and higher thinking), and other skills as deemed necessary, for pupils, pursuant to Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Strategic Resource Planning Department, for the period of January 15, 2021 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $14,880.00.
