Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, General Services Agreement between the District and ACC Environmental Consultants, Inc., Oakland, CA, extending term of Agreement from December 10, 2020 through March 29, 2021 to December 31, 2021, by 277 additional calendar days, for performance of the environmental services stated in the Agreement for the Glenview Elementary School New Construction Project, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Consultant. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
