Approval by the Board of Education of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the District and the University of California, San Francisco Benioff Children's Hospital (BCH-0), Oakland, CA, for the former within five (5) days of receiving notice by BCH-O or the child’s parent/legal guardian, to provide instruction to any child who receives treatment at BCH-O, through the District’s Home and Hospital Program, who is or would be eligible to be enrolled in grades K-12, for the period of February 1, 2021 through January 31, 2022, with the option to extend MOU for another one year term.
