Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and RDV Consulting Services, Oakland, CA, for the latter to perform any E-Rate activities required in support of submission of documentation and funding of E-Rate discounts for District, including E-Rate Funding Years 2019-20 (project completion, closeout), 2020-21 (project completion, closeout) and 2021-22 filing and to any change forms needed with the E-Rate program and respond to any audits, via Technology Services Department, for the period of February 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00.
