Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Immigrant Family Defense Fund, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide one (1) full time and one (1) part-time program navigator who will connect students and families to community service providers, especially immigration services with a particular focus on schools without newcomer social workers (almost all elementary school sites in OUSD are included in this category) in order to connect students and families with immigration attorneys, via English Language Learner and Multilingual Achievement Department, for the period of February 4, 2021 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $57,500.00.
