Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Agreement between the District and Kate Wadsworth, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 334 hours of additional clinical supervision and training of social worker interns as required by participating universities, for the period of August 10, 2020 through June 30, 2021, in the additional amount of $25,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $25,000.00 to $50,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
