Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Jeadi Vilchis, Oakland, CA, for the latter to serve as program lead for the 2020-2021 Castlemont FabLab Makerspace SUDA works cohort; and to work with teachers, such as SUDA CTE teachers, to design curricula that utilize the Makerspace software and machines, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth at Castlemont High School, for the period of December 21, 2020 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $21,000.00.
