Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) 2020-2021 between the District and Oakland Kids First, Oakland, CA, for the latter to add a facilitator for case management and wellness checks three days a week, a facilitator to run a culinary internship program, and a farm program facilitator for an urban agriculture internship program two days per week as well as increase youth stipends for participation in various programs at Castlemont High School, in an additional amount of $35,046.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $197,238.00 to $232,284.00, for the period July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
