Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Independent Consultant Agreement between the District and Jensen Hughes, Concord, CA, for the latter to provide additional site visits for testing of the fire alarm and intrusion alarm system to confirm unresolved deficiencies; and for a device mounting screw inspection, as described in the Proposal dated October 30, 2020, attached as part of Exhibit A, for the Madison Park Academy Expansion Project, in an additional amount of $6,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $18,345.00 to $24,345.00, extending the Agreement term from March 20, 2019 through December 31, 2020 to December 31, 2021 (an additional 365 calendar days), and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Consultant. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
