Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) 2020-2021 between the District and Girls Inc. of Alameda County, Oakland, CA, for the latter to increase staff hours to support professional development and training of staff to better develop learning plans and lessons to be delivered in a remote or hybrid learning context at LaEscuelita Elementary School, in an additional amount of $2,876.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $146,897.00 to $149,773.00, for the period August 1, 2020 through July 31, 2021. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
