Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and The Teaching Well, Oakland, CA, for the latter to work in partnership with the Health and Wellness Unit to create an implementation plan for the staff wellness strategies identified in the staff wellness theory of action developed in 2018-19, as this work merges into the larger Organizational Wellness Plan, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of March 8, 2021 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $23,500.00.
