Ratifies a student data privacy agreement with Nepris, copied from San Dieguito's agreement
The Board ratifies the district's use of a student data privacy agreement that San Dieguito Union High School District already signed with Nepris, so the district does not write its own. The agreement sets out how Nepris must protect student data, including following federal and California privacy laws. It runs from February 1, 2021 until June 30, 2024, or longer if the company still holds student data.
