Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Seeds of Awareness, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Tier 3 Intensive Support, including individual counseling and intensive behavioral support to high risk students and Tier 2: Targeted Intervention, including group counseling, social skills facilitation, individual counseling support offered to students with moderate needs, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Garfield Elementary School, for the period of August 10, 2020 through May 28, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $18,000.00.
