Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) 2020-2021 between the District and Safe Passages, Oakland, CA, for the latter to hire additional academic support staff which will work with students every school day for 5 hours each day, as described in the Services Section of the Amendment, incorporated herein by reference a though fully set forth, at Coliseum College Preparatory Academy, in an additional amount of $20,494.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $223,659.00 to $244,153.00, for the period July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
