Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Sylvan Learning Center, Piedmont, CA, for the latter to provide its Sylvan Sync Individualized 1:1 Program which consists of 30 hours of student academic intervention support in English Language Arts and/or Mathematics per Special Education Program student, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Special Education Department, for the period of February 18, 2021 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $90,000.00.
