Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Corrina Hui, LLC, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide services described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the design of the Sustainable Urban Design Academy (SUDA), so that participating students and teachers will learn and implement the principles and practices of Liberatory Design Thinking, at Castlemont High School, for the period of January 18, 2021 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.
