Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Studio Pathways, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide three 2-hour workshops: Breaking Barriers; Visual Making, Storytelling Culture and Cognition; and Creative Dialog, Movement and Character Development Greyscale, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein as though fully set forth, to create emancipatory learning experiences and outcomes for all students at Westlake Middle School, for the period of March 15, 2021 through May 27, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $8,140.00.
