Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Terrence I Ransom, Sr., San Leandro, CA, for the latter to support summer school, Social Emotional Learning/Athletic groups; support Student Confirmation and Registration; outdoor Oakland Athletic League and conditioning group while mentoring-advising scholar athletes; track and keep tabs on students on intervention list; follow-up with COST students and support psychologist with food, gift card and material distribution, in the additional amount of $7,500.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $47,500.00 to $55,000.00, and extending the Agreement term from September 1, 2020 through May 27, 2021 to June 30, 2021, at Edna Brewer Middle School. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
