Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement between the District and the Golden State Warriors Community Foundation (GSW), Rakuten Inc., and Good Tidings Foundation for the basketball court refurbishment project at McClymonds High School, 2607 Myrtle Street, Oakland, CA 94607, for the term March 31, 2021 through the completion of the project, as described in Exhibit “A” of the Agreement to the satisfaction of GSW and District, and all periods of warranty hereunder, if any, have expired, at no cost to the District.
