Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Professional Services Agreement between the District and R&D Consultants, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional student and family supports beginning April 19th: in-person socioemotional and academic support to Priority students including but not limited to transportation resources to and from school, clothing and PPE; family liaison to provide weekly intervention support and afterschool support to 5th grade Priority students to ensure transition to middle school; family liaison to begin Caregiver Space for families of Priority students, classes and parent meetings and school or District sponsored webinars for students and families in transition, English Language Learners and Special Education students, in the additional amount of $9,140.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $80,000.00 to $89,140.00, with unchanged term of October 28, 2020 through June 11, 2021, at Burckhalter Elementary School. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
