Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and HERO, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a variety of mentoring services to targeted student population - Title I, Latino, African-American and Second Language students - in the form of Social Skills Lessons, Leadership Program, Mentoring, Professional Development, and Organized Recess, as delineated in the Scope of Work, attached as Exhibit “A” to the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth at Piedmont Avenue Elementary School, for the period of March 31, 2021 through May 27, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $14,000.00.
