Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Refugee & Immigrant Transitions, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide a full-time trilingual (Mam/Spanish/English) Community Navigator to support unaccompanied minors and other asylum seekers in District, as described in Section 1 of the Amendment, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at an additional cost of $15,000.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $60,000.00 to $75,000.00, for the unchanged term of October 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, via the English Language Learner and Multilingual Achievement Department. All of the terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
