Approval by the Board of Education of Engineering Services Agreement between the District and Terraphase Engineering, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide soil assessment consulting services, aka, the site assessment project, providing the Basic Services described in Article 5 and in Exhibit C of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the Laurel Child Development Center Replacement - Site Assessment Project, in the not to exceed amount of $24,929.00, inclusive of a not to exceed contingency fee of $3,252.00, except the Engineer will not be compensated for any Basic Services required as a result of Wrongful Acts or Omissions, with work scheduled to commence on May 13, 2021 and scheduled to last until May 27, 2024.
