Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Restroom Alert, LLC, Fleming Island, FL, for the latter to provide a restroom alert text feedback system that helps keep restrooms clean and well-stocked, as described in Exhibit “A” incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Office of the Chief of Systems and Services, for the period of March 30, 2021 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00.
