Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Agreement between the District and Destiny Arts Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 120 hours of arts education experience for 120 students with creative youth development curriculum and community building tools, in the additional amount of $12,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $12,000.00 to $24,000.00, for the term July 1, 2020 through May 27, 2021 at Prescott Elementary School. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
