Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement for Materials Testing between the District and Consolidated Engineering Laboratories, San Ramon, CA, for the latter to provide continued testing and & construction inspection services, i.e., for sink enclosure, as described in the April 15, 2012, proposal attached to this Amendment, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in an additional amount of $1,597.90, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $28,666.00 to $30,263.90, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Consultant. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
