Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Engineering Services between the District and KW Engineering, Inc., Oakland, California, for the latter to provide additional services for timely completion of the 10-month review and allow sufficient time thereafter to assemble the final report and associated documentation, for the Glenview Elementary School New Construction Project in an additional amount of $29,748.40, increasing the Agreement’s not to exceed amount from $177,155.40 to $206,903.80 and extending the expiration for the Agreement from December 31, 2020 to December 31, 2021 (an additional 365 calendar days), and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Consultant. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
