Approval by the Board of Education of Summer Programming Addendum to Memorandum of Understanding 2020-2021 (MOU) between the District and Safe Passages, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 20 days of programming during Summer 2021, Mondays through Fridays, every school day from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at United for Success Academy as described in the Scope of Work, included herein by reference as though fully set forth, in an additional amount of $52,000.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $192,343.00 to $244,343.00, for the period August 1, 2020 through July 31, 2021. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
