Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Agreement between the District and Carter-Kelly Consulting/Lifepoint, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 110 additional hours of consulting services to ethnically diverse emotionally challenged students in alignment with the Safe and Supportive Schools Plan, the OUSD Strategic Plan, and the Voluntary Resolution Plan, as described in Services Section of Agreement, for the period of August 01, 2020 through May 31, 2021, in the additional amount of $7,700.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $52,500.00 to $60,200.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
