Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Agreement between the District and Tavia Council, Oakland, CA, for the latter to continue services as activities coordinator with the addition of optional hybrid in-person learning for students, for the period of August 10, 2020 through May 31, 2021, in the additional amount of $1,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $32,175.00 to $33,175.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
