Ratifies up to $32,500 for training Central Kitchen staff on the new cook/chill line
The district hired an individual contractor to give hands-on training to Central Kitchen staff on running and maintaining the cook/chill line, including COVID-19 safety steps for making meals. The contract runs April 26 through June 30, 2021, and the Board is ratifying it, which means the work began before this approval. It is paid from federal COVID-19 school relief funds.
