Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Agreement between the District and Dorothy Courtney, Oakland, CA, for the latter to assist the Data and Technology Lead (DTL) in maintaining computer cart inventory and supporting students’ in-person technology needs; use disinfectant wipes to disinfect loaner and classroom computers daily; ensure that computer equipment is functioning properly when returned and meet with the DLT to monitor working computer inventory and testing needs, for the period of August 10, 2020 through May 28, 2021, in the additional amount of $3,766.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $25,000.00 to $28,766.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
