Approval by the Board of Education of Summer Programming Addendum to Memorandum of Understanding 2020-2021 (MOU) between the District and Ujimaa Foundation, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 24 days of programming during Summer 2021, Monday’s through Friday’s, every school day from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Burckhalter Elementary School, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though full set forth, in an additional amount of $15,600.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $39,204.00 to $54,804.00, for the period August 1, 2020 through July 31, 2021. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
