Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Inner City Bliss, San Leandro, CA, for the latter to provide an additional eight week program of beginner to advanced meditation instruction to prepare students to further increase students' knowledge, understanding, and practice of preventative health and health-positive behaviors as outlined in the Health and Medical Technology CTE Standards in the additional amount of $2,600.00, increasing the Agreement from $3,200.00 to an amount not to exceed $5,800.00, for the period of February 1, 2021 through May 28, 2021. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
