Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Seeds of Awareness, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a qualified counselor who is either a licensed clinician or pursing licensure, to provide teletherapy via video and/or phone platforms where necessary to students, as described in Exhibit A of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Oakland International High School, for the period of September 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $8,000.00.
