Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding and Engagement Policy (MOU) between the District and Bertrand, Fox, Elliot, Osman and Wenzel Law firm, Oakland/San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide additional legal services to the District on an as needed basis, in an additional amount of $25,000.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the MOU from $95,200.00 to $120,200.00, for the 2020-21 Fiscal Year. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
