Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and East Bay Consortium, Oakland, CA, for the latter to enhance access to higher education access to the students at Sojourner Truth, by providing information and counseling services related to college admission, financial aid, and other topics with pursuing and accessing higher education, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Rudsdale Continuation High School, for the period of April 30, 2021 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $4,250.00.
