Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Emma Donnelly, Oakland, CA, for the latter to continue to provide qualified service of English instruction for non-native English speaking parents of students at Elmhurst United Middle School, allowing for an increase in class offerings through the month of June, in the additional amount of $2,958.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $3,000.00 to $5,958.00, and extending the Agreement term from January 25, 2021 through May 26, 2021 to June 30, 2021. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
