Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Home Food Delivery Agreement by and between the District and Common Vision, Ukiah, CA, for the latter to provide home delivery service of District prepared meals and produce boxes, in the additional amount not to exceed $50,000.00, increasing the cumulative not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $864,000.00 to $914,000.00 and extending the term of the Agreement from February 15, 2021 through June 30, 2021 to August 26, 2021. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
