Ratification by the Board of Education of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor - District and George E. Masker, Inc., Oakland, CA (“Contractor”), for the latter to perform the Scope of Work consisting of but not limited to pressure wash exterior of new building, scrape any loose debris; prime all previously painted substrates including handrails; paint exterior of building colors chosen by District, for the Markham Elementary School Exterior Painting Project, in the amount of $76,500.00, which includes a contingency of $8,500.00, as the lowest responsive bidder, rejecting all other bids, with the work anticipated to commence on August 2, 2021, and scheduled to last for thirty (30) days, with an anticipated ending of September 1, 2021.
