Approval by the Board of Education of the General Services Agreement by and between the District and Guttmann & Blaevoet Consulting Engineers, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide trouble shooting services for the boiler system for proper functioning purposes, with Basic Services including all work described in the August 5, 2021 Proposal which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A, for Foster The Center Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $29,313.00, as the selected consultant, with work scheduled to commence on September 9, 2021, and shall terminate upon completion of the Services, but no later than July 1, 2022.
