Approval by the Board of Education to General Services Agreement by and between the District and Ninyo & Moore, Alameda, CA, for the latter to provide environmental services to include field activities associated with the second-half of 2021 and first-half of 2022 semi-annual soil gas mitigation system monitoring events, and reporting associated with the first and second-half of 2020 and first-half of 2021 semi-annual soil gas mitigation system monitoring events to Oakland Unified School District (OUSD), also addresses responding to Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) 2020 Five Year Review Report, Soil Gas Mitigation for the LaEscuelita Education Center Project, including all work described in the July 1, 2021 Proposal which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A, for the La Escuelita Education Center Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $58,300.00, with work scheduled to commence on September 9, 2021, and scheduled to last until June 30, 2022.
