Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2021-2022 between the District and MISSSEY Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to serve as the required nonprofit agency partner in the Human Trafficking thru Prevention Education Grant and will work with District project staff to build capacity to provide human trafficking prevention education to teachers, staff, and students and other as defined in Exhibit A, 1 A General Description of Services to Be Provided, in Agreement, incorporate herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $218,008.00.
