Approval by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 2122-0051 - Authorizing a Services Agreement for Sole Source provider and Data Sharing Agreement by and between the District and East Bay Consortium, Oakland, CA, for the latter to implement a project is to improve postsecondary outcomes for students at Skyline and Oakland High Schools, with emphasis on. providing equitable college and career access, services, and support for Black, Brown, and FRLP-status students, as describe in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the High School Network Office, for the period of August 16, 2021, through August 15, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $220,000.00.
